A Nepal-wide team working in governance, research, and media.
Innovation Hub Pvt. Ltd was registered in 2021 (2078/079 BS) with the Office of the Company Registrar, Government of Nepal. From our office in Birendranagar, Surkhet, we work in education, health, communication, technology and agriculture — with government, non-government and private partners — always keeping the community at the centre.

The challenge
Citizens needed a clear, public way to question how ward offices and health institutions were delivering services — and to see their concerns turn into commitments.

What we did
We facilitated public hearings in all eight wards and at municipal level in 2025 and 2026, documenting every question and answer, and followed up with a social audit of the municipality's health institutions.

The result
The municipality publicly made an eight-point commitment to better service delivery, and all hearing reports are published on this website.
