This website presents information about our services, programmes, partners and work, including reports prepared with local governments. It is operated by Innovation Hub Pvt. Ltd, a company registered with the Office of the Company Registrar, Government of Nepal (Reg. No. 279040/078/079), with its office at Birendranagar Municipality-6, Surkhet, Karnali Province, Nepal.
Use of content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, photos, logos, design and other material on this website belong to Innovation Hub or to the organisations that shared them with us. You may read, download and share pages and reports for personal, educational, research and non-commercial purposes, as long as you:
- credit the source (for example “Source: Innovation Hub Pvt. Ltd” and, for reports, the local government concerned);
- do not change the meaning of the content; and
- do not use our name, logo or photos to suggest that we endorse you, your organisation or a product.
For any other use, including commercial use or re-publishing photos of people, please ask us first in writing.
Reports and publications
Public hearing, social audit, GEDSI audit, survey and other reports are published with the agreement of the local governments and organisations concerned. They reflect information available at the time they were prepared. We try to keep everything accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Official decisions should always be confirmed with the relevant authority.
Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- break any law of Nepal, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or interfere with its security;
- send spam, malware or misleading information through our forms; or
- copy large parts of the website automatically (scraping) without permission.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry or requesting a proposal through the website does not create a contract. Any assignment is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, fees and conditions.
Links and embedded content
The website links to other websites, including those of our partners and our sister media brand Khabar Bajar, and can show content from services such as YouTube and Google Maps after you choose to load it. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.
