- Information you give us: when you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address and message, and — if you choose to give them — your organisation, phone number and the service you are interested in. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp we receive the details you share.
- Technical information: like most websites, our server records basic information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the website secure (for example to block spam and repeated failed logins) and to fix problems.
- Cookies: we use a small cookie to remember your language choice (English or नेपाली). Website administrators also receive WordPress login cookies. If website analytics is switched on, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits in an anonymised way.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as caste, religion, health or financial details through this website. Please do not include such information in your message.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond to you, to manage any resulting work and to meet legal or accounting requirements. After that they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised staff, security updates and protection against spam and unauthorised logins.
